Thank you for your interest in The Auburn
Village School PTA’s Holiday Fair. Each year, we strive
to make the event fun and worthwhile for everyone involved
and we really appreciate the part our crafters play in making
that happen. New and returning crafters and vendors are asked
to carefully read the following information as we have made
an effort to streamline the process to make sure everything
runs smoothly the day of the fair. If you have any other questions
after reading the below information, please do not hesitate
to contact us.
General
Information: |

1. |
Sites measure approximately 6’ x 6’ and
rent for a non-refundable $45 (includes a 6’ x 2.5’
table & chair). We accept credit card and ACH payments
through PayPal or personal checks. If paying by check,
please make them payable to AVS PTA and send to AVS Holiday Fair
c/o Rebecca Edwards; 11 Eaton Hill Road; Auburn, NH 03032. |

You will
be asked
to specify
any special
needs/requests
when you
register.
We will
make every
effort to
accommodate
your needs,
but please
understand
that due
to a limited
amount of
space/outlets
and other
restrictions,
we may not
be able
to. Special
requests
will be
accommodated
on a first-come,
first-served
basis. You
will be
notified
via email
of your
assigned
site prior
to the day
of the event.
Please note
we are only
supplying
a table
and chair.
You
must bring
your own
extension
cords, table
cloths,
etc. |

3. |
Set-up may begin at 7am on the day of the event. There
are 3 doors leading to the gymnasium. The email containing
your site assignment will give you directions on where
to unload and enter the building. You will also receive
a site map so you can easily find your spot. All crafters
and vendors are expected to stay until the close of the
event. |

4. |
Please keep your site(s) organized during the fair to
avoid accidents/infringing on fellow crafter/vendor sites.
Also, please leave your site(s) as you found them and
to pick up any trash. If product/equipment is left behind,
we will make an effort to get them back to you if things
are labeled. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible for their
return. |

The Friends
of The Griffin
Free Public
Library
will be
holding
their annual
Santa’s
Breakfast
(time TBD)
in the cafeteria
adjacent
to the AVS
gymnasium.
You are
welcome
to partake
in the breakfast
but please
keep in
mind that
this is
a separate
fundraising
event and
is not related
to our Holiday
Fair. |

6. |
The Auburn Village School PTA reserves the right to
deny space to anyone for any reason. Since this is a family-friendly
event, products will be carefully reviewed for appropriateness. |

7. |
By becoming a crafter at the AVS PTA Holiday
Fair, you are agreeing not to hold The Auburn Village
School PTA responsible for any claim of any kind, including
negligence for any bodily injury, loss or damage arising
out of the display of any product at the AVS PTA Holiday
Fair. You are also agreeing to be held personally liable
for any damages that you or your business inflicts upon
Auburn Village School property. |

Payment/Cancellation
& Refund Policy: |

8. |
Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by PayPal, check (made payable to “AVS PTA”), or cash (dropped off in-person to AVS). Payments made via PayPal are received immediately whereas the mailbox for check and payments are checked weekly. In the event of limited spaces, crafters are accepted on a first come, first served basis. |

9. |
In the event you need to cancel, you must contact us no later than two weeks before the date of the fair in order to receive a refund of your registration fee (less PayPal fees if applicable). No refunds will be given for cancellations made two weeks before the fair. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name and email address and should be sent to rebecca@holidayfair.com. |
